- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions
- Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals
- Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications and suitability for open positions
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
- Support HR team with various administrative tasks
